We will discuss your ideal price range and criteria and we will begin searching for your dream home. We will set up showings and view the homes you are interested in.
offer
After finding the right home, we will put in a strong offer and negotiate the terms of the contract.
inspection
Schedule inspections and negotiate any repair requests and issues from inspection.
escrow
Deposit escrow and complete loan application within time frame of the contract.
financing
Stay in communication with lender to ensure all documents and conditions are met, obtain homeowners insurance if needed. Lender will order appraisal.
title search
Title company will conduct a title search of the property, sellers and buyer to ensure clear title can be delivered. Receive title docs and updates.
final steps
Receive clear to close from lender and preform final walk-through, schedule and sign closing docs, and transfer utilities.
closing day
Finally, the day we worked so hard for! Grab the keys after closing and move into your brand new house.
