INSPECTION/ escrow
Buyer may hire a professional home inspector to inspect the home. Next, your buyer will deposit their escrow money and you will complete an opening packet with the Escrow team.
APPRAISAL
Lender will issue an appraisal of the home. This is to ensure the home is valued at the amount the buyer is requesting funds for.
title search/ FINANCING
Title company will conduct a title search of the property, sellers and buyer to ensure clear title can be delivered.
final steps
Receive clear to close from lender, buyer will preform final walk- through, and both parties will schedule and sign closing docs, and transfer utilities.
closing day
Finally, the day we worked so hard for! You will hear “Closed and Recorded” from escrow and the home will be sold.
